Service and maintenance of Systec products
Regular and correct service and maintenance guarantee personal safety, biological safety and the operational safety of your Systec product and provide many other advantages. Your autoclave will be serviced annually or after 500 operations by an authorised service technician from Systec Switzerland. During the annual service, all safety-relevant components will be checked and replaced with Systec original parts if necessary. We offer the following service contracts for Systec autoclaves:
1. Service contract
without calibration record- One servicing of the appliance on site according to the current factory specifications of Systec GmbH (D)
- Expenses, kilmetre allowance, outward and return journey of the authorized service technician from Systec Switzerland
- Bonus system, for repairs: 15% discount on all replacement and wear-&-tear parts as well as the hours worked
2. Service contract
with calibration record- One servicing of the appliance on site according to the current factory specifications of Systec GmbH (D)
- Expenses, kilometre allowance, outward and return journey of the authorized service technician from Systec Switzerland
- Calibration of the measurement control loops with a PT-100 simulator and adjustment if necessary
- Calibration of the pressure sensor and adjustment if necessary
- Bonus system, for repairs: 15% discount on all replacement and wear-&-tear parts as well as the hours worked
3. Full-service contract
with replacement and wear-&-tear parts- One servicing of the appliance on site according to the current factory specifications of Systec GmbH (D)
- Expenses, kilometre allowance, outward and return journey of the authorized service technician from Systec Switzerland
- Calibration of the measurement control loops with a PT-100 simulator and adjustment if necessary
- Calibrate of the pressure sensor and adjustment if necessary
- Bonus system, for repairs: all replacement and wear-&-tear parts as well as any repairs free of charge
